Ensure proper routing of CFID audit questions

Independence's Corporate and Financial Investigations Department (CFID) would like to remind providers that if they have questions or concerns regarding specific audit communications, they should contact the CFID auditor listed on the communication. For general CFID audit questions, please send a detailed inquiry to providerauditinquiries@ibx.com.

For all other claim questions, please use the self-service options on the NaviNet? web portal. Detailed user guides and webinars for many NaviNet transactions are available in the NaviNet Resources section. All office locations are required to have NaviNet access. If you are not yet NaviNet-enabled, go to the NaviNet website to sign up. If your office is NaviNet-enabled, but would like training on any of the self-service transactions, call the eBusiness Hotline at 215-640-7410.
