Effective May 11, 2017, the Clear Claim Connection
transaction will be removed from the Independence Workflows menu on the NaviNet
web portal, as this transaction is no longer active.
With the transition to our new claims processing platform, Clinical
Relationship Logic, or Code-to-Code Edits (e.g., Incidental, Integral,
Component, Mutually Exclusive, etc.), is applied to claims submitted on the
CMS-1500 claim form or through the 837P transaction.
