Join us for the next Independence Physicians Summit, which we are hosting for primary care physicians and specialists. If you have not previously attended the Summit, we encourage you to consider attending.

About the Summit

During the Summit, our presenters will share information on the following topics:

• Ever-changing landscape of the health care industry
• Comparative Cost Reports
• Healthcare Exchange
• Quality Incentive Payment System program – measurement year 2016

How to register

If you are interested in attending the Summit, please send an email by Friday, April 29, 2016. When responding, please provide the following information:

• practice name and the name, phone number, and email address of the contact;
• name and email address of each physician attending.

Participating physicians who attend the Summit will be provided a one-time training payment of $200, if eligible.*

We ask that at least one physician from your office attend the Summit. You may extend the invitation to your office staff; however, they may not attend in place of the physician and are not eligible for the training payment.
