Please be advised that the SEPTA TWU 234 strike has ended. Independence is in the process of reinstating all Transit Workers Union benefits, with a reinstatement effective date of November 7, 2016, 12:01 a.m.

This reinstatement is for Independence Blue Cross and Keystone Health Plan East members in the following groups:
