NaviNet® transactions changes now implemented

Please note that all updates — originally scheduled to take effect on September 27, 2013, for the NaviNet web portal transactions listed below — have now been implemented. These updates include:Enhanced Transactions:Eligibility and Benefits InquiryEncounter SubmissionBlueExchange® (Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry; Claim Status Inquiry)Claim Status Inquiry (formally Accepted Claim Status Inquiry)Important reminder about member ID searches. When searching for members in the Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, Claims Status Inquiry, or Encounter Submission transactions, please be sure to enter the complete member ID number from the member ID card. A Social Security number is not a valid option!Retiring Transactions:A/R Aging Report RequestView A/R Aging ReportsRejected Claim Status InquiryWe encourage you to visit the NaviNet Transaction Changes section of the IBC Business Transformation site for more information about upcoming changes that will affect you in the coming weeks.
