Effective for dates of service on or after August 1, 2016,
changes will be made by Independence Blue Cross and its affiliates
(Independence) to the standard professional fee schedule for professional
providers. Independence mailed notification on April 29, 2016, to providers who
are affected by these changes.
For your reference, we have published new fee schedule documents on
Independence NaviNet® Plan Central. The sample fee schedules on
NaviNet are for commercial and Medicare Advantage Benefit Programs, based on
the codes most frequently billed by each specialty.
