improve your ability to provide cost-effective care, reduce unnecessary
hospitalization, and improve coding accuracy. Practices that improve their
Quality Incentive Payment System (QIPS) scores increase their earning
potential. Limited seating is still available in two training sessions:

Participating physicians who attend any of the QIPS High-Performing Practice
Summit training sessions will be provided a one-time training payment of $150,
if eligible*.

To reserve one of the final seats, please send an email to Dayna.Bersh@ibx.com with the following
information:
- Preferred Session
- Session 2: April 2 (registration deadline is April 1)
- Session 3: April 8 (registration deadline is April 4)
- Practice name
- Name and email address of each physician attending
- If eligible to receive the training payment, the name the check should be
made payable to and the appropriate Tax ID.

cost-effective care.
The QIPS program includes the following incentive

- Quality Performance Measure (QPM) Score Program
- Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Incentive Program
- Medical Cost Management Incentive Program
- Generic Drug prescribing
- Professional & Outpatient Cost Management
*For employed physicians, please check with your parent
organization to see if you are eligible to receive a training payment. If you

employer.
