The payer ID grids contain valuable information to assist you in claims submission, including alpha prefixes, payer information, and claims mailing addresses by product.

We are in the process of updating the professional and facility payer ID grids to reflect new products for 2016. Please be sure to download the most current versions, which will be available later this month on our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) web page under EDI Resources.
