The professional payer ID grid was recently updated with the following changes:
- Payer information was updated for BlueCard®.

Payer information was added for Medicare Advantage PPO out of area.

Electronic and paper claims billing provider information was corrected.
In addition, both the professional and facility payer ID grids were recently
updated to include new alpha prefixes for account-specific National
BlueCard® PPO.
Please be sure to use the most current version of the payer ID grids, which are
available on our website at www.ibx.com/edi.
