Changes made to the DME and P&O fee schedule

Independence has updated the durable medical equipment (DME) and prosthetics and orthotics (P&O) fee schedule effective for dates of service on or after January 1, 2018. The following seven codes were added:

  • E0953
  • E0954
  • L3761
  • L7700
  • L8625
  • L8691
  • Q0477
Note: Coverage for all DME/P&O items is determined by the member's benefit program and eligibility.
