​NaviNet® Transaction Changes

​As a result of our transition to a new operating platform for our core processing activities, the NaviNet web portal is undergoing a series of changes and enhancements that will affect your day-to-day operations. Participating providers will begin to see a difference in the look and feel of the provider portal, as well as in transaction functionality.

Given the significant number of changes to be implemented, we will be posting a series of new user guides (often accompanied by helpful webinars). Note: All webinars include sound and video, and are available in Windows Media Player format.
