Independence is proud to introduce a new incentive opportunity for primary care practices who participate in the Quality Incentive Payment System (QIPS) program for measurement year 2021. The Engagement incentive program is designed to assist practices that have not achieved incentives in the Quality Performance Measure (QPM) score program.
Letters were sent to practices on January 26 to let them know of their selection to the program. These practices are required to meet specific eligibility and participation requirements to remain eligible to participate and earn an incentive payment.
Initial incentive payments
Practices received their January and February engagement incentive payments in February. Rosters that support these payments can be found on PEAR Analytics & Reporting (AR), formerly IndexPro™, our provider reporting application within the Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal.
Once logged into PEAR AR, providers can view the applicable reports by selecting
Report Center, then
Payment Rosters. A
