Enroll to be part of the COVID-19 Vaccination Program

​As vaccination for COVID-19 continues, the Philadelphia Department of Health has asked Independence to notify physician practices located in Philadelphia County that they are now able to enroll as COVID-19 vaccine providers. Practices who regularly provide vaccines are eligible to enroll and will receive a supply of COVID-19 vaccines when they become available. Click here to enroll today!
