COVID-19 (Coronavirus): Vaccine reporting requirements

​Vaccination providers who are enrolled in the federal COVID-19 Vaccination Program must report data elements to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) within 24 hours of administration.

Information about the requirements can be found on the CDC website.
