Professional Injectable and Vaccine Fee Schedule updates effective July 1, 2021

​Effective July 1, 2021, updates for our Professional Injectable and Vaccine Fee Schedule will be available for all contracted providers. The quarterly updates reflect changes in market and average wholesale price for vaccines and injectables.

Find your updated rates on the PEAR portal

Starting on July 1, 2021, you can find the rate for a specific code using the Allowance Finder transaction within PEAR Practice Management (PM) on the Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal.

  • From PEAR PM, select Allowance Finder from the Transactions menu under the Provider Payment section.
  • If your organization is not yet registered for PEAR, visit our website to learn more.

Click to view a contract amendment that addresses the Consolidated Appropriations Act and No Surprises Act.
