​Quality ranking for primary care offices

Independence congratulates these primary care offices for demonstrating overall high quality. These offices achieved the highest rank in quality of care for the Quality Performance Measure (QPM) score program, a component of the Quality Incentive Payment System (QIPS) program for measurement year 2020.

The programs' ranking system is based on the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®), a well-established and tested set of performance measures. You can find the measures and details of the QPM score program in the QIPS Manual – measurement year 2020.
