Payer ID grids now available for 2022​

The payer ID grids have been updated with routine maintenance and to reflect product changes for 2022.

The professional and facility payer ID grids contain valuable information to assist you in claims submission, including prefixes, payer information, and claims mailing addresses by product.

You can download the most current versions from our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) webpage under EDI Resources by selecting either Facility Payer ID or Professional Payer ID.
