​​At the height of the COVID-19 national public health emergency, Independence offered providers an incentive for conducting Annual Wellness Visits with Medicare Advantage patients via telehealth.

The incentive opportunity will be discontinued at the end of the year.

The final incentive payment will be issued in January 2022 for all qualifying encounters through December 31, 2021.
