​Health is our top priority at Independence Blue Cross. That's why we offer SilverSneakers to Independence Medicare Advantage plan members at no additional cost.

With SilverSneakers, your patients can get active and stay healthy in the ways that work best for them. They can take live virtual classes at home, view workout videos, go to the gym,* or attend SilverSneakers fitness classes.† SilverSneakers also provides valuable health and wellness information.

Patients are encouraged to set SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound.‡

  • Specific and Measurable. Set a specific goal and way to measure success.
  • Attainable. Be realistic when setting goals.
  • Relevant. Choose what is most important.
  • Time-bound. Create a timeline for reaching the goal.
