​Changes to medical policy on musculoskeletal services​

​Effective for dates of service on or after November 6, 2022, AIM Specialty Health® (AIM) has revised their Clinical Appropriateness Guidelines for Musculoskeletal-Interventional Pain Management for Independence Blue Cross (Independence) Commercial and Medicare Advantage members.
