Last day to submit IMPQs is Friday, May 3

As a reminder, the last day to submit an Initial Maternity Patient Questionnaire (IMPQ) for the Baby BluePrints® program is this Friday, May 3, 2013. Starting next Monday, May 6, you will no longer have to submit the IMPQ. Instead, expectant members will be able to self-enroll into the program. Also, you will no longer need to obtain prenotification or notify IBC of the delivery.For more details about these changes, please read the article Enrollment changes for Baby BluePrints®.
